These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pq111. By registering an account or using any service on pq111.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
Each player is permitted exactly one pq111 account. Duplicate accounts are immediately closed and any associated balances or bonuses are forfeited without recourse.
All deposits and withdrawals on pq111 require identity verification in line with standard KYC procedures. Withdrawals are only released to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the pq111 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the period their account remains active:

- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts operated by agents, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

- You do not have an existing pq111 account. Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one account at any given time. Creating a second account constitutes a breach of these Terms regardless of the purpose.

Account Registration & Verification

Deposits: The minimum deposit on pq111 is ৳500. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours to be reflected in your account balance depending on the originating bank's processing times.

- pq111 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees charged by your mobile money provider or bank for the underlying transaction are your responsibility and are not covered or reimbursed by pq111.

- In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, erroneous credit, or technical error resulting in an incorrect balance, pq111 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing while an investigation is conducted. Any funds credited to your account in error do not belong to you and must be returned.
Bonus & Promotions Policy

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on pq111 unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: All deposit match bonuses and free-spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Gameplay & Fair Use Rules

pq111 maintains full server-side records of all game activity. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side record is the authoritative source and will be used to resolve the dispute. Player-side screenshots or screen recordings are not treated as primary evidence.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pq111 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds, and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility to use the Platform.

- Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a payment reversal, chargeback, or dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in bad faith while retaining the benefit of the deposited funds or winnings derived from them on the pq111 Platform.
- Use of Automated Systems: Deploying bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access account features in a manner that replicates or substitutes for human player activity.
- Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, data feed error, or any other technical malfunction on the Platform to generate financial gain. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting a technical error are not valid and will be forfeited.
- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward pq111 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat, email, WhatsApp, or in-game chat features.
Account Suspension & Closure
pq111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide prior notice:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request or where identity documentation cannot be verified to pq111's satisfaction.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of the account in connection with any criminal activity.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2, including being under 18 years of age.
- A player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted through the account settings or via the pq111 support team.
- Extended inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable dormancy fee, are communicated to the registered email address before any fee is applied.
Voluntary Account Closure: If you wish to close your pq111 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Effect of Closure: Upon closure of your account for any reason, your right to access the Platform is immediately terminated. Real-money balances that are legitimately yours and have been verified as such will be returned through your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.
